The other reviews indicating the poor communication are 100% accurate. Not only is the communication bad, but also noted in the other reviews he will drag the case out for years and run the cost up with no refund. I would not recommend using him, you will not get the time given to you that is needed ...with the work load he has taken on and he will admit to that after you pay your retainer. I am in a worse position now then when I hired him over 3 years

Horrible Lawyer! Won’t return phone calls, emails or texts. Office staff won’t take or give him messages. He told us point blank his receptionist screens emails & messages and he only responds to the “important” ones. As well as he only responds to texts if it’s in the correct format?!?! We late...r found out that meant “less than 6 words”. We retained him a year and a half ago and not one single thing has been accomplished!! However; his bill always seems to be mailed on time. Worthless lawyer! Don’t waste your time or money on this guy.

Dave Fahrenkamp has represented me numerous times and has always had my best interest at heart I would recommend him to anyone I care about and want them to be represented by someone that knows the law and will wage war for them. He is a legal eagle and an amazing wordsmith. He has taken care of cu...stody issues and my divorce along with child support issues.

Dave has been a disappointment from day one. He frequently would tell me to "call his girls" for an appointment", but when I did, I could never get in to see him. I was always in the dark and his staff never knew his schedule like they should (nor my status). I asked numerous times to see him prio...r to a court date, and could not get in. In court, he was very unprepared, uninterested and would rather "wing it". Extremely frustrating to say the least. Did not care about my case.

A family case can be very stressful. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with Dave. He answered all of my questions and laid out all of my choices in a very clear fashion. He gave me good advice about my choices and guided me throughout my case. He is very knowledgeable and confident in... the courtroom and got me a great result. In fact, I was referred to Dave by another lawyer who said she referred her brother to him. I always felt that I knew what was going on in my case, that he was taking care of me, and that I could reach him if I needed to get an answer.
