David M. Fahrenkamp

I have had Dave represent me twice. The first time he did a great job. We are in the middle of a child custody case. He genuinely cares about the well being of my child. It is taking a while but understand these things don't happen overnight. Dave is a very busy lawyer. His staff is great. I trust hi...m greatly. I have seen this man outside the office. He genuinely cares about other people. I've read other reviews. Some people say arrogance. I say confidence.

Dave has been a disappointment from day one. He frequently would tell me to "call his girls" for an appointment", but when I did, I could never get in to see him. I was always in the dark and his staff never knew his schedule like they should (nor my status). I asked numerous times to see him prio...r to a court date, and could not get in. In court, he was very unprepared, uninterested and would rather "wing it". Extremely frustrating to say the least. Did not care about my case.

I was referred by a friend to Dave that said he was the best around. As soon as I met him, I felt very comfortable that he would handle my case in an efficient, professional and compassionate manner. I was always kept up to date on the status of my case and could reach him after hours on his persona...l cell phone. I have recommended him to any of my friends dealing with family or criminal issues. He is very well respected by the Judges and lawyers according to a friend of mine who is an attorney. I felt very confident going into to Court knowing he was on my side.
