Dave is great lawyer. We are not through our modification of child support, but so far, he has been honest and thorough. I feel confident that we will see results. Dave's staff....the least I can say is that they are on it! They have processed our requests in a timely fashion. The staff are dire...ct and straight forward. There is never any guesswork involved when we contact them. Dave is by the book. In fact, while we were with him, he plugged numbers into the new child support calculator and is fighting for those calculations to be ordered in court. He tried saving us money by trying to negotiate with opposing counsel outside of court. Would highly recommend Dave and his staff to anyone looking at child modification according to the new guidelines set in Illinois.

Like other reviewers I felt as though he was working for the other attorney who his staff often referred to by first name. I had no idea if he would show up until he stepped into the courtroom, late in all cases and since he took no time to understand my case, he simply filed for continuance again an...d again. I never even saw a judge and paid him several thousand dollars.

A family case can be very stressful. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with Dave. He answered all of my questions and laid out all of my choices in a very clear fashion. He gave me good advice about my choices and guided me throughout my case. He is very knowledgeable and confident in... the courtroom and got me a great result.
