I had the upper hand in my child custody case and he told me that if I didn't agree to the summer time schedule (me a week, sperm donor a week) as our year round custody agreement the judge would see me as disagreeable. I lost everything in my divorce and Dave just helped himself to what little money... I had left.

Dave has been a disappointment from day one. He frequently would tell me to "call his girls" for an appointment", but when I did, I could never get in to see him. I was always in the dark and his staff never knew his schedule like they should (nor my status). I asked numerous times to see him prio...r to a court date, and could not get in. In court, he was very unprepared, uninterested and would rather "wing it". Extremely frustrating to say the least. Did not care about my case.

I thought I was hiring one of the best attorney's in Madison County. Instead it was the biggest joke....nothing but case management and continued this case....This was a child support case! He did nothing! Except while in a meeting with him he was in the phone with opposing council and gave him Blue...s Tickets! Nice! Complete Waste of Money!! Madison County Needs Discipline Attorneys like Dave or he needs to retire and teach somewhere and not practice law!!!!

A family case can be very stressful. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with Dave. He answered all of my questions and laid out all of my choices in a very clear fashion. He gave me good advice about my choices and guided me throughout my case. He is very knowledgeable and confident in... the courtroom and got me a great result. In fact, I was referred to Dave by another lawyer who said she referred her brother to him. I always felt that I knew what was going on in my case, that he was taking care of me, and that I could reach him if I needed to get an answer.

Dave has represented me in a minor traffic matter and in a few commercial matters. I have recommended him to several friends for custody cases and a serious criminal matter. Without exception, he has acted to get my matters resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I am very happy with his service and p...rofessionalism. He is very accessible and even gave me his cell phone number. I never felt out of touch. Each of my friends have thanked me for referring them to him for their cases. He gets the job done. As far as I know he doesn't advertise at all and gets his clients by word of mouth. That is how I found out about him. He is a good guy too.
