We hired Young to assist with our green card application after researching and interviewing several lawyers and it is definitely one of the best decisions we have ever made. Young is an outstanding attorney and we were fortunate to have her on our side. From the beginning she made it clear we were ...a team and we would work closely together to achieve our goals and she led us in each step to accomplish that. At the initial consult, Young was very clear and honest about the challenges we would have with our case which we appreciated. We had a complex case and Young made it clear to us the path to obtaining a green card wouldn't be simple for us, but she outlined the obstacles very clearly and develop a plan with us to overcome them. One of the issues of our case was so unique Young had to seek input from a colleague but she did so immediately during our initial meeting. Once we began working on our Green Card application Young and her office outlined in great detail every step we needed to take. The thoroughness of preparation is outstanding, guiding us on exactly what to prepare and what steps to follow to sufficiently demonstrate the legitimacy of our marriage. Following Young's direction and working with her office to prepare everything requested lead to a positive process when the time came for applying. After the application and notification of interview, Young's office proactively reached out to us to begin working on updating our documentation/supporting information before the formal interview was even scheduled. A week prior to the interview, Young brought us in for a 'mock interview' which was extremely helpful. What we had been told by others, was nothing like what Young covered with us and what the actual interview was like. Young grilled us on the sensitive areas of our case as well as the specific details of our lives together. She offered tremendous advice and counsel as to what to expect and how to act, etc. This preparation was invaluable, what she predicted was exactly how the interview went, and we were overprepared thanks to Young. A common theme throughout working with Young, is the detail and thoroughness in preparation. At no point were we not fully ready for what was to come thanks to her. The level of preparation that went into the case prior to applying was outstanding and lead to a smooth process once started. Young knew every detail of our case and handled us with care and compassion not typically seen by lawyers in earnest. We also need to comment on the communication from Young and her staff. Young and her team would respond almost immediately to any email, call or text. I don't think a request went longer than a couple hours without answer, which is amazing. It would not be unusual for Young to personally answer our questions late on a weekend night or within minutes of asking. Working with attorneys in my profession regularly I have never seen this level of responsiveness in my 20 year career. She made us feel like we were her only client and she was going to work tirelessly on our behalf. And she did. Young was absolutely fantastic. This was not an easy process by nature of the immigration process and our circumstances, but she made it as positive as possible and was invaluable to us throughout. I would very highly recommend Young to anyone seeking immigration counsel.

Young and Melissa has changed my entire impression towards immigration processes. We first did not want to hire a lawyer to remove conditions in our green card (I-751).
