Young did my H1B Extension and is going to help with my green card application as well. She's very professional, specific and straightforward. She'd go through all the details and clarify everything that's unclear. Before the submission for my H1B extension, Young discovered a (probably uninten...tional) faulty action by the officials which resulted the expiration of my I94 long time ago. She helped me prepare the paperwork for a Nunc pro Tunc case and talked to officials in both Chicago and Portland, Oregon before filing the Nunc pro Tunc and the H1B extension application. As a result, we didn't have to go through the Nunc pro Tunc process - the officials corrected the mistake and didn't request any in-person interviews. - They did call me a few days later to clarify a few things but nothing difficult to handle. My H1B extension got approved a few days and we are moving into the PERM process. I am not sure how other attorneys would have handled my case but Young did an excellent job. As a client I was rather content. Looking forward to continuing to work with Young and her team. p.s.: as a headsup for all foreign workers, when coming back to the U.S. from your own country, make sure they put the right expiration date on your I94, which should be the date your current H1B expires.
