Top Notch

I have been using Alan for over a decade. He has a team approach and keeps everyone in the loop throughout the entire process. Every client I have referred to him has absolutely loved him. He's a great negotiator and takes the drama out of the deal by staying on top of everything and diffusing diff...icult situations. Alan also has a wonderful sense of humor that makes the process a lot less stressful.

Great Attorney

Alan is a very good attorney, he really stepped up and got me out of a jam. He is very knowledgeable and has an awesome staff! I would highly recommend Alan Bernstein to anyone who is going through a divorce or real estate matter. He is definitely willing to fight for his clients.

One of the best

Alan and Mallory were amazing to work with. They kept me fully informed of my matter throughout its entirety. Alan was a pit bull and advocated for me throughout. He was the third attorney I hired during my divorce and I wish I had him through the whole process.
