Great Attorney

Alan is a very good attorney, he really stepped up and got me out of a jam. He is very knowledgeable and has an awesome staff! I would highly recommend Alan Bernstein to anyone who is going through a divorce or real estate matter. He is definitely willing to fight for his clients.

Professional, personable, knowledgeable and responsive.

Alan and Mallory are very professional and have always given great legal advice. Alan is a great negotiator and knows how to work with all parties involved. He has negotiated for me a way out of some hairy situations that almost ended up in a cancelled contract. They are prompt at always getting b...ack to me with patience and the right answers.

Lazy, risky

I hired Allen Bernstein for an emergency matter. In order to handle it, he told me he called the other party's lawyer, and got that lawyer's promise that I wouldn't face negative consequences. He was too lazy to go to court to handle the matter like it should have been. He put my entire life at risk,... so I represented myself and took care of it like it should have been in the first place. If you hire this attorney, you might as well burn your money and destroy your own case.

Amazing Attorney

Mr. Bernstein helped me through a very difficult divorce. He explained everything masterfully and kept me apprised of my case at all times. He is smart, seasoned and very professional. Having him as my attorney kept me at ease as I knew my case was being handled by the best. Everything worked out... in my favor and I would recommend him to anyone.
