Lazy, risky
I hired Allen Bernstein for an emergency matter. In order to handle it, he told me he called the other party's lawyer, and got that lawyer's promise that I wouldn't face negative consequences. He was too lazy to go to court to handle the matter like it should have been. He put my entire life at risk,...

Unprepared
I was a client of Bernstein and felt his services were sub par. Fees were never presented until final bill and the preparation wasn't there. Calls were always returned late and answers were vague.
