Straight forward and very knowledgeable!

Hi everybody, I would like to take a minute and share my personal experience with Mr. Knight and I suggest you take a minute and read it! Because your situation might be more serious that you think! Based on the reviews I read on the web and I also met with some other lawyers, I chose to work with M...r. Knight's office, and thank you God for pointing me into that direction! January 2014 I was in a very low period of my life, my wife had separated me almost a year before, she wanted to divorce me and guess what, take bunch of my properties! I was also in a complicated change of status situation. If I say I was desperate and depressed it would be too soft. So I walked in for a free consultation in the office of attorney Russell Knight and what are my eyes seeing, small office, boxes with paperwork, two assistants, the phone kept ringing the whole 10min I was there and I said to my self - he is a busy guy! Prior to that visit I went to an attorney's office in downtown, shiny and big, the guy talked with me for almost an hour and the phone didn't ring once, needles to say I would have probably payed a lot more. Anyway, so I explain to Mr.Knight my difficult situation and he was very straight forward with me and told me exactly what was needed to be done and there was no time to wait. I had to divorce her right away and file my paperwork for my emigration case. So I put myself together and decided to act! I hired him and we filed my divorce case, even though I was angry and confused with what to do, he gave me a good advice to keep everything how it was with my wife, like don't go and take your car and don't disconnect her phone :) We had some complications with the divorce, but at the end I came to an agreement with her mom, who was the main cause for the problems and with the help of Mr. Knight, I got happily divorced! Kept what was mine and the nightmare with the constant fights and harassment was over! Mr.Knight filled my second case in time and in just two months my status was successfully changed, and the life for me had a meaning again! I will strongly recommend Mr.Knight services to anybody in need! I am happy I chose him for my cases. I would recommend whoever hires him to check more often their case status with his office because, as I said they are busy and sometimes may take a few days for them to update you. Overall he is very knowledgeable of the law and his fees are very reasonable! Hands down, what he had told me in January happened for me a few months later. Thank you!

Smart, no-nonsense, compassionate and good-hearted guy

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Russell and how fortunate I feel to have found him. He helped us get our family back together during a bitter custody battle that lasted over a year. He not only worked very hard for us, he was brilliant and compassionate. The 2 Judges we had liked him because ...he is very smart and likable, and he knows what they are looking for. He kept us informed and updated. He kept us hopeful but did not make promises. He coached us so well that we didn't fall apart on the stand! I would highly recommend him.

Chicago Attorney

Russel is a very knowledgeable attorney and a committed advocate for his clients. I have benefited from his advice and expertise on many occasions, and have referred clients to him with great results. Additionally, Russel is fluent in Spanish, and is heavily involved in various social organizations s...erving Chicago's Latino community. .
