Always professional

Russell helped me with a bankruptcy in 2012. Just get the man what he asks for and let him work his magic. It will all be over soon. I'm currently trying to buy a house and the bankruptcy reared it's ugly head. Reached out to Russell and he reminded me it would be removed from my credit next year (...10 yrs). He also got me a copy of my discharge in less than 24 hrs (he sent it at 5 am this morning). 10 years later, Russell is still coming through.

Very bad attorney

Lawyer Russell is not a good divorce lawyer at all, but even worse is his paralegal Izzi Salgado who, no matter how desperate you write to him requesting to speak with the lawyer, never communicates with him or returns your calls and all the evidence that we send him to our defense never sent them to... court ending the case against us having sufficient evidence to win the case and having paid them more than $ 10,000.00. I do not recommend them at all

Perfectly "typical" lawyer

I've learned, thanks to Russell, that attorneys are salespersons looking to close a deal during initial consultations. Every case seems easy, they know the judges and ins and outs, they will clear the case in 6 months because they don't like to hold on to cases longer than necessary. Yada, yada, ...yada... sign the retainer and then see what they're really about. He is impossible to reach, motions are rife with errors, and outlawyered by opposing counsel he faces. To his credit, he did not come after me for money he says he was still owed. I assume it was to avoid a conversation about wtf he did to earn that money. Not putting my name on this review because my case is still open (with another attorney) and since they all know each other, I'd rather not out myself as a critic of their profession.

Attorney Extraordinaire -- Thanking God Every Day for Knight's Advice

At a very low ebb, surrounded by dunces and contradictory advice from attorneys, I reached out to Mr. Knight's office. He personally phoned me back in 5 minutes, and gave me the answer to my question without charge. I am grateful and relieved.

Resolution

Never did I think that 11 months would feel like 11 years!! Between the covid-19 virus, all the difficulties it has caused... Never did I think it would impact my divorce. But it did. Which just made a situation harder than it already was. I just want to say that I am grateful for Russell Knight and ...his firm, for the patience and understanding they have had for me during one of the hardest times of my life. I am grateful for the resolution that is taking place and extremely grateful for the line of communication that has allowed me to experience some peace of mind during this emotional roller coaster. Thank you Russell for you're understanding and for having a staff that has the patience of saints!
