Great Lawyer

Rae, was able to settle my schools loans by 70% from the total amount due. Her team is very responsive and always had a timeline and answers to any questions through the entire process. Thank you Josephine and Rae.

Extremely helpful with student loan debt

Ms. Kaplan and her team were very helpful in planning out a reasonable student loan repayment plan. If I had any questions, they were prompt to answer and very knowledgeable.

Raffy saved us from garnished and bankruptcy

My husband and I were very worried about mounting student loan pressure. Our loans were so out of control we didn't see any light at the end of the tunnel. We consulted with Raffy Kaplan at Kaplan Bankruptcy Firm LLC. Raffy helped us put together a plan of action to get back on track. From our firs...t consultation until the end Raffy was very clear on the process and steps that needed to be taken. She answered all of our questions and concerns. When phone calls were made and emails were sent they were answered in a very timely manner. Raffy kept us informed every step of the way. Her staff... Susan in particular was very helpful as well. Susan helped us with some of the paperwork that we needed to have filled out. I cannot say enough about Raffy Kaplan and her team ! They have my trust...we now see light at the end of the tunnel! Professional Knowledgable Attorney

Rae Kaplan and her team saved my life. As a single parent, divorced and in debt, my life was in a turmoil. I was being threatened everyday by creditors attempting to garnished my pay check. Even worst having the Sheriff come and serve me with a wage garnishment. This is when I decided that I had no w...ay out but to file bankruptcy Chapter 7. I was so ashamed and embarrassed that I couldn't do anything but cry. However, once I met with Rae Kaplan and her team, I knew they cared about me and my child. Let me say that she immediately went to work to file my bankruptcy and in no time all the collections calls and garnishments ceased. I have since recommended 6 friends and know if I had not found Rae Kaplan my life would have probably been worst off.
