I first consulted with Attorney Rae Kaplan on August 7, 2023 after being overwhelmed with $109,000 in student loan debt acrrued by completing my undergraduate degree in 1996 and followed by a graduate degree in 2009. Years of making payments and then taking some forebearances along the way, never se...emed to make the debt decline. My attempt to seek forgiveness several years ago was denied. I finally took a 2nd shot at relief after hearing Attorney Kaplan on the radio. It was one of the best decisions of my life. By December of 2023, over half of the debt was eliminated, and then in Febraury of 2024 the remaining balance was also forgiven. Attorney Kaplan and her team are consummate professionals and at the top of their game! If you have old student loans and need relief, you are doing yourself a disservice by not contacting Rae Kaplan.

About 5 years ago, a friend of mine heard Attorney Kaplan's broadcast on WGN radio in Chicago and, knowing that I was struggling with student load payments, recommended her to me. I was resistant at first, not believing that I could be helped. However, after a couple of years of my friend talking ab...out the program, I called Kaplan law. But after Kaplan law examining every aspect of my career and educational financing, I filled out a few forms and sent some forms to my previous places of employment for verification of employment. The end result is that two weeks ago I received a call from Carly (who is Fantastic!) that my loans were forgiven, validated by my loan company's forgiveness letter. What a huge and very welcome surprise, as I am retired and have a limited income. The loans were in the 6 figure range as well. I highly recommend this very capable, well-informed, patient, and friendly lawyer and her staff. Do not wait if you think you might have a chance at a reasonable payment, forbearance, or forgiveness of you student loans!
