Richard Golding is one of the founding partners at The Golding Law Offices, P.C. He focuses his practice on commercial bankruptcy, commercial law, and insolvency law, working tirelessly to help individuals as well as businesses handle any financial hardships they may be facing. He graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1967 with his Juris Doctorate, going on to publish several handbooks in Illinois on Bankruptcy Law.
