Take your money elsewhere, knowing what I know now, I’ve had to untangle what she did. High price and motivated to fight. Ended up costing me a judge and in the end she nickle and dimes only to then take you to court for balance. All was paid it was a miss billing error on her practice. You want some...one that gets off on taking every last dime and prides themselves on greed, this one’s for you. For all you first timers, there are fair attorneys who charge up front and have your best interest in mind. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Eight months into my contract Kimberly Anderson attempted to increase her hourly rates which I declined. At that point I began seeing problems with her. Twice within the last 16 months Kimberly Anderson has withdrawn from representing me for past due payments. This is a family court issue and past d...ue amounts are common especially after being in court for almost 4 years and having already spent several tens of thousands of dollars. The first time she withdrew I was only behind $1,000 which was quickly repaid. The second time was for the balance after a trial that was not properly prepared for although I was still paying the balance down. Kimberly Anderson has shown she is far more concerned with the business of making money as opposed to providing proper representation. I’ve found it easier to repay the Child Rep as opposed to the firm I hired to help me. I would have been better off going with Jeffrey Leving because I would have at least gotten results with this treatment.

The best decision I made was to hire Kim after my two previous attorneys did a poor job of representing me. She is strategic in her thinking, experienced in court and understood my unique situation which was successfully resolved. She was always available when I had questions and helped me underst...and my options within the law.

Kim has represented me in a very complex, contested, and emotional divorce and child custody case. Early on I was distraught and almost made the mistake of agreeing to a mediated child custody agreement, which did not allow me to have the opportunity to adequately participate in the lives of my child...ren. Kim was able to step in and provide me with guidance, education, and stern advice on how to proceed in order to help me maintain the relationship with my children. She has an even-keeled and fair understanding of complex issues and has been nothing short of awesome in representing me through very difficult situations. I became familiar with many of the members of the staff throughout this difficult time and as a result, I hold Anderson & Boback in the highest regard. Hiring them was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
