I would avoid this firm at all cost! I hired Anderson and Boback in November 2019 after being served with a divorce petition which did NOT involve children My initial consultation was with Janice Boback who related that she was experienced in defending prenuptial agreements and thought that she woul...d be able to have a degree of success with the one that I had sent to her. My financial future depended on the success of defending the agreement I had on file. She touted her experience in this area which was what convinced me to hire her. In January 2020, (after paying Boback approx. $8000.00) I received an email explaining how another (much less experienced) attorney was going to be assisting Boback on my case. That was the last correspondence I had with Janice Boback and I was essentially dumped to a junior lawyer who admittedly never defended a prenuptial agreement in a court of law. By the time I realized that Boback had sneakily removed herself completely from my case, I was already $12,000 into this firm. I had expressed by disgust in an email to the firm, but was informed that the only resolution would be to discuss this matter on a conference with 4 attorneys, not with Boback herself. In August 2020, after nothing proactive was done on my case, I made the decision to reach an agreement with the opposing party because I did not trust my lawyer’s ability to litigate my prenuptial agreement. We had a Zoom conference with the opposing attorney (whose practice primarily focused on wills and probate) where we were absolutely schooled by him. My attorney was unprepared and had zero arguments to counter the financial figures presented by opposing counsel. Ultimately, I created and presented an offer which was accepted by opposing counsel. This was done with absolutely no legal strategy or recommendation by my attorney. In short, this inferior legal representation cost me $23, 000.00 in legal fees from this firm. I would definitely NOT recommend this firm under any circumstances as your hard earned dollars would be spent much more wisely on quality legal representation. I also believe that hiring these big divorce firms is a scam and a money grab. Strongly consider hiring a good solo practitioner where there are not so many hands in the corporate cookie jar.

After meeting with one other lawyer I had the pleasure of sitting with Jan Boback and describing her my scenario. After the first initial meeting I knew she was going to be my lawyer due to my comfort level with her and also her knowledge and foresight of what to expect and some possible outcomes. ...She went above and beyond her scope of duties, I felt that if I contacted her I would have a response back within the hour and also if I reached out to her she would return my call almost instantly. She is a great lawyer and even a better person who coached me through the entire legal process until we came to an agreement we were extremely happy with. She is extremely professional but also truly cared about my situation and the outcome of our case. I could not have been happier with my selection of representation and have referred her many times when anyone comes asking. I only made it through the custody process with her defending me and instructing me on what to expect. There are a lot of ups and downs during this troubling time, and she was always a phone call away for guidance and support.
