Chris assisted us with our first home purchase on December 16th. The process actually began in July 2015. Chris stuck with us through two potential transactions that didn't work out. The transaction that did occur was a short sale. He kept us abreast of any updates during the process. Chris was alwa...ys very responsive, organized and professional. He would always break things down and made sure we understood what we were reading or signing. We always felt he was looking out for our best interests. One example of this was during our walkthrough. We found that the seller had left a lot of heavy object in the house. This was a breech of contract and Chris immediately discussed this with the opposing attorney to try and resolve the issue. What we learned from this process is that buying a home requires you to put a solid team together (lawyer, agent, lender) to assist you in making sure a smooth transaction occurs and your best interests are looked out for. We'd ask Chris to be on our team time and again and would recommend him without reservation.
