Chris has handled the closings on two properties my Husband and I own, and each one went as smooth as silk. The thing we like best about Chris is the fact that "there are no stupid questions" from his client to him, and he makes sure all your questions are answered to your satisfaction before he wil...l allow you to sign off on anything. Chris followed through on several details that were specific to the sale of my home. He clarified an address change for my property even tho the county had not clarified. He was great at keeping everyone involved and informed of changes. His tenacity was present through the whole closing. For my purc...hase he was equally on top of all details including last minute changes that had to be addressed quickly. I had an issue on access to my new location and he was able to get the association to change a construction schedule in order to get me access to my new home. Absolutely the greatest; would highly recommend.
