Chris has handled the closings on two properties my Husband and I own, and each one went as smooth as silk. Chris followed through on several details that were specific to the sale of my home. He clarified an address change for my property even tho the county had not clarified. He was great at keeping everyone involved and informed of changes. His tenacity was present through the whole closing. For my purc...hase he was equally on top of all details including last minute changes that had to be addressed quickly. I had an issue on access to my new location and he was able to get the association to change a construction schedule in order to get me access to my new home. Absolutely the greatest; would highly recommend.
