He patiently guided us through the entire process o...f buying a new construction condo, while negotiating a time-sensitive sale of our first home. From contract through close, Chris was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable on the intricacies of Illinois and the City of Chicago real estate law. Chris followed through on several details that were specific to the sale of my home. He clarified an address change for my property even tho the county had not clarified. He was great at keeping everyone involved and informed of changes. His tenacity was present through the whole closing. For my purc...hase he was equally on top of all details including last minute changes that had to be addressed quickly. I had an issue on access to my new location and he was able to get the association to change a construction schedule in order to get me access to my new home. Absolutely the greatest; would highly recommend.

Chris assisted us with our first home purchase on December 16th. The process actually began in July 2015. Chris stuck with us through two potential transactions that didn't work out. The transaction that did occur was a short sale. He kept us abreast of any updates during the process. Chris was alwa...ys very responsive, organized and professional. He would always break things down and made sure we understood what we were reading or signing. We always felt he was looking out for our best interests. One example of this was during our walkthrough. We found that the seller had left a lot of heavy object in the house. This was a breech of contract and Chris immediately discussed this with the opposing attorney to try and resolve the issue. What we learned from this process is that buying a home requires you to put a solid team together (lawyer, agent, lender) to assist you in making sure a smooth transaction occurs and your best interests are looked out for. We'd ask Chris to be on our team time and again and would recommend him without reservation.
