Chris represented my wife & I purchasing our home in Glen Ellyn. We were moving from Pennsylvania as a result of a corporate relocation. The “customs & rules” of purchasing a home in IL are different in many ways, especially how property taxes are paid. When I first learned that IL was “an Atto...rney State” and that I was required to have an attorney represent us in the real estate transaction, I felt this was a little over the top. Having now gone through the process, I have a different opinion. It was great having Chris guide us and explain all the details. Chris was very easy to talk with. Explained the process.
