Probate and Estate Guidance

Excellent guidance and knowledgeable handling of our brother's estate. No will was left and I had never even spoken to a lawyer prior to this. Leon did all filing and most appearances in court without my having to appear. COVID-19 slowed the process but we got through. I know we were in good hands al...though I thought he could have been more communicative, but that could have been because he didn't waste a lot of time or money on talking. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Attorney Leon Teichner

Attorney Leon Teichner is an extraordinary attorney. I gave him a call just for information, he gave me a solution to my problem over the phone. He wasn't like most attorneys just looking for a quick buck. My hat is off to attorney Teichner. We need more attorneys like him ,honest and helpful

Real Estate commercial and residential

I have worked with Leon on many real estate transactions over the past 25 years. He has helped us with residential and commercial transactions and some other non real estate legal issues. He is an excellent negotiator who keeps his eye on the ball and doesn't get emotional. His rates are fair and... I recommend him highly

knowledgeable and responsive

I found Mr. Teichner to be very help with my probate case. It was a very difficult time for me and he made the process very painless. He handled all the details and I only had to sign the paperwork. Very professional.
