In my opinion, Mr Teichner completely disregarded mine and my brother's request. He was asked to transfer the deed from our parent's house, before our mother's passing. We got the requested documents to Mr. Teichner. Additionally, I called and e-mailed asking what else was needed, as I assumed my mother was going to need to sign paperwork. Mr Teichner told me nothing else was needed. He then went on vacation and but the time he came back, our mother passed. Therefore, we were forced into probate. This error cost us time and a lot of money. We have since hired a new attorney who has been responsive, helpful, and professional. I do not recommend Mr Teichner for your probate and estate issues.
