unemployment

Attorney Ryan Nalley greatly assisted me with my unemployment issues. He was extremely knowledgeable in the unemployment laws and resolved it very quickly. I would highly recommend him!

HIGHLY RECOMEND

When we met Ryan we were in a desperate situation, and were facing a very important and difficult case. The livilihood of my family was on the line. We had little to no money, but Ryan took us on without requing any up front payment. I know for a fact that he worked almost exclusively on our case ...for the next month at which point the case would be coming up for an appellate hearing. Mr. Nalley kept in constant contact with us, in the day and even late at night when we needed him. At the hearing he was totally prepared, in charge. He dominated the proccedings and comepletly shut out our opponents, which was the United States Postal Service (not a small adversay!). Since recieving the decision in our favor, my wife and I can now sleep at night, feed our children and not leave in fear of where the next meal will be coming from. If Mr. Nalley was not representing me at the hearing things would have gone in an entirely different direction. In addition to being a talented litigator, Mr. Nalley is honest, hard working, and genrous to a fault. He has a thoroghly impressive kowledge of the field of law of his practice.

Do not use this attorney!!!!!!!

Attorney had my last review deleted. I have worked with Ryan Nalley and have been thoroughly dissatisfied. Attorney could not remember me from one meeting to the next. Consistently forgot our appointments and left me waiting for 3 hours (while I paid for parking). When contacting him about my case It... was clear he had done nothing except take my money. Nalley, is an inexperienced attorney, perhaps after a few years he will be able to provide better representation! I would not recommend. Hopefully this review will be useful to those who are in desperate need of help.

ADA case

Ryan is a very hardworking, highly ethical attorney and an extremely caring person, breaking the stereotypical mold of attorneys. I’ve found that he is enormously knowledgeable of the law he is practicing. I had gone through a very difficult case for over a year involving a large organization. Everyt...hing changed when I met Ryan, within a matter of weeks my issue was resolved and thanks to Ryan I attained exactly what I requested. He has always been prompt in responding to my emails and calls. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he did the job quickly and effectively.

Would recommend to my family and friends.

After calling multiple attorneys and leaving messages and not receiving any calls back, Ryan called me back promptly. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in his field of law. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
