(systemic discrimination or marginalization of Men and Fathers while unjustly and disproportionately favoring Women and Mothers & is therefore unable to sample data in a scientific/non opinionated fashion) 2. Caustic. (sows discord) 3. Incendiary Agent. (purposely starts fiery email chains to collect cash from the discord that arises, remember she charges per email and to read emails, so why not start "big email storms" to profit right? ) 4. Willfully Blind. (a willfully blind eye towards hard facts via scientific proof and insisted on sampling only one side of a family and including only that side of the families information in her "official reports" while utterly ignoring the other side of the families information entirely and not even sampling it or including it in her reports. Real fair huh? Would you want to pay for that? I know I wouldn't if I could avoid it, so here is your warning.) All of the above and all of my experiences with Erin Wilson for over 1 year, makes it abundantly clear that Erin Wilson has a vested interest in keeping resolution out of the court room so she may profit off the discord of already broken families. Have absolute concrete re-peat examples that span more than a year of Erin Wilson's bias, caustic, incendiary agent nature behavior that is willfully blind. It is clear stall tactics, all so that the vested interest in keeping resolution out of the courtroom for the longest period of time possible, so the profit off of family discord can drain at the maximum amount for the most prolonged period of time. Run run fast as you can in the other direction and for the love of God, there are many many other choices out there for family law, so pick any one of them and you and your poor family will be better off. If you pay attention you will notice extremely low score/poor reviews for Erin Wilson across other on line platforms, (average 2.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp for example) it just appears shiny on the Google review surface level, but do look deeper for your own families sake and for your own finances. Divorce sucks and is extremely stressful so choosing the right attorney is crucial. Erin is warm and compassionate to deal with which puts you at immediate ease. Her calm demeanor is a huge strength and unlike many attorneys she isn't trying to make the process more complicated to get more $$$. She w...orks fast and efficient to get you the best resolution is a fast a time as possible. What else could you ask for! I really enjoyed working with Erin and was happy with the outcome. Erin is "the" attorney you want in your corner fighting with you. Get ready for a long long review. Feel Erin deserves the credit and it may help others looking for a particular attorney. For some background, I consulted with 8 attorney's. Hired 3 attorney's. Erin being the first attorney I hire...d. Since we signed a prenump, my case came down to a custody battle. Husband was set on 50/50 whereas I wanted more than 50%. Most of the attorney's I consulted with told me my chances were slim because my ex-husband has a good job, no felonies, and is a general normal person on the surface. Since I knew my case would go to court, I sought an attorney that was successful in fighting custody cases in court and gave me confidence that they understood my position and would do whatever it takes to fight for me. This was not easy to find. Had second thoughts from my general paranoia at the time and decided to go elsewhere. After hiring two other attorney's, I realized that Erin is what I needed, therefore requested her service again. Thankfully she took me back as a client :). What I didn't find with the 7 other attorney's and brought me back to Erin was that she best understood where I was coming from, what my baby (at the time) needs as a guardian, and not only believed my case could win, knew how to fight it to win. Other reason's I hired her: 1. She is focused and to the point. This may throw off some people, but believe me, this saves you in legal hours. In legal matters, you do not want things sugar coated. One of the attorney's I hired was long winded and I paid ($$ and time) for it. 2. She knows family law, especially custody cases well, intelligent, quick on her feet, and will not back down. 3. She is genuine and does what is best for the client. 4. This is not just a job to her. She is genuine and cares about doing what is right. Erin is a good litigator and fought my case with tenacity. Explained my options and process patiently and succinctly. I truly could not have asked for more. My divorce lasted over 2 years and went through the entire court process. Despite what most of the attorney's (who all happened to be male...just saying) I consulted/hired said to me, I won sole decision making and the parenting schedule I wanted. I highly recommend Erin especially if you have concerns over custody.

Erin is a PitBull when it comes to her job. She is active and she is ready to attack when she needs to. Highly educated and knows her FACTS. Erin and Anni have been great through this 6 month ordeal I have been dealing with. Anni has been very attentive and patient-always willing to answer questions ...or clear things up that I did not understand. Erin was about getting things done. During Covid, things were a little different because we weren't actually going to court or actually walking into mediation. However, Erin did not miss a beat. Whenever I had a question or a request she was right on it. She was very transparent with me on why things weren't moving along (my ex's fault), and she was setting things into motion so it could move quicker. I felt like my case could have been drawn out, but I am so happy that Erin had my back because she was able to have every thing settled within four months. Things that were being brought up to settle did not even warrant a conversation because of what the LAW states, something Erin knew that the opposing side didn't realize. She is an expert in her field and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that needs services. Even after everything was settled, my ex did some shady things, and ERIN WAS ON TOP OF IT!
