I had a simple uncontested divorce. I wish I had done my research before using this office. Whatever they quote you, don’t believe it!!! Expect to pay twice as much even when there is zero back and forth or drama. Expect to pay for revisions to documents for typos that they make and you find. Exp...ect them to communicate nothing to you so that you will email them and they can charge you $175 to respond. Expect to be handed off to an associate that can barely remember your name, let alone your spouse or kids. I wasn’t going to write them a negative review as I shared my feedback privately - but I just got ANOTHER bill from them two months after my divorce, and would love to save another woman the trouble.

In short, this scam is a "forced service" upon citizens and system to fleece families. Erin's Wilson's services can best be described as "Vampiric Bottom Feeding" Beware, highly advise checking anywhere for anyone else aside from Erin Wilson for your family court needs. Do your research. Do your ...family a favor and use anyone else in this world, you will be better off. Top Adjectives to Describe My 1 year of "service" from Erin Wilson. 1. Bias. (systemic discrimination or marginalization of Men and Fathers while unjustly and disproportionately favoring Women and Mothers & is therefore unable to sample data in a scientific/non opinionated fashion) 2. Caustic. (sows discord) 3. Incendiary Agent. (purposely starts fiery email chains to collect cash from the discord that arises, remember she charges per email and to read emails, so why not start "big email storms" to profit right? ) 4. Willfully Blind. (a willfully blind eye towards hard facts via scientific proof and insisted on sampling only one side of a family and including only that side of the families information in her "official reports" while utterly ignoring the other side of the families information entirely and not even sampling it or including it in her reports. Real fair huh? Would you want to pay for that? I know I wouldn't if I could avoid it, so here is your warning.) All of the above and all of my experiences with Erin Wilson for over 1 year, makes it abundantly clear that Erin Wilson has a vested interest in keeping resolution out of the court room so she may profit off the discord of already broken families. Have absolute concrete re-peat examples that span more than a year of Erin Wilson's bias, caustic, incendiary agent nature behavior that is willfully blind. It is clear stall tactics, all so that the vested interest in keeping resolution out of the courtroom for the longest period of time possible, so the profit off of family discord can drain at the maximum amount for the most prolonged period of time. Run run fast as you can in the other direction and for the love of God, there are many many other choices out there for family law, so pick any one of them and you and your poor family will be better off. If you pay attention you will notice extremely low score/poor reviews for Erin Wilson across other on line platforms, (average 2.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp for example) it just appears shiny on the Google review surface level, but do look deeper for your own families sake and for your own finances. Please contact me directly as I am able to discuss my experiences and opinions in very specific detail, while you will likely get the blanket CYA from Erin Wilson as she is unable to speak about cases to the public without breach.
