We had a difficult family situation regarding custody and it was not only sensitive but urgent. Paul was informative, compassionate and most of all, direct and honest. He provided us with options (legal as well as keeping in mind the best interest of us as the individual family members) and helped ...us figure out the best path in which to proceed. As it was a family situation, it was difficult to discuss, and to come up with a solution that would not further hurt those involved. I can't thank him enough for his work, it saved one of the relationships, for sure. I would recommend Paul, but be prepared for an honest response. He doesn't sugar coat things, nor is he an alarmist, which was SO appreciated by us and our family. A second situation had to do with succession planning/estate planning for our business. In dealing with the family again, there were concerns with extended family and how to handle the transition, both from a legal standpoint and from an emotional one. Paul helped us separate our emotions from our business and it made a big difference. Again, he helped us sort through things from a legal side, vs. family, which is never easy. I appreciate his responsiveness and his candor.

I hired Mr. Nordini twice, once for my divorce and a second time for a visitation issue. He's very good in the courtroom, and the Judge listened to his argument, and just ignored my wife's lawyer.
