Worst Experience Ever

Used for house sale. She didn't add figures right and tried to make me pay for money while refusing to lower her fees for her mistake. Had a month to get paperwork ready but waited until day before closing to send me the paperwork. She refused to make appointment with notary and I had to pay cash fo...r more than a dozen signatures on the paperwork. Then she says papers must be shipped overnight express and demanded I pay for it. She refused to send a return label like every other lawyer in the country. She bumbled through the closing, not knowing what to do. She was a complete embarrassment. Everyone was laughing at her. She made a most stressful life event even more stressed with her lack of ability. She then refused to reimburse me for the expenses she incurred during all this. I'm convinced this was her first real estate transaction. The worst experience with a lawyer I've ever had. My real estate agent tore up her information and will never use her again. I strongly urge clients look somewhere else for a lawyer. There are plenty of better ones.

Anna is amazing!

I had only a couple weeks to get a property after going through many lenders due to an issue with the building and owner occupancy but she came through for me and had amazing connections which allowed me to work with a lender and get a loan in 2 wks, just in time to close on the property!
