Got Me a Huge Settlement
I was t-boned by another car and suffered a serious concussion. John was able to get the insurance company to pay their full policy limits of $100,000 for my injuries. You can’t do better than John. So thankful to him!

Auto Accident Settlement
My wife was in an automobile accident while 34 weeks pregnant. Luckily no one was injured, but we were left with a lot of medical bills and had to deal with an insurance company that knew what they were doing when we did not. I was about to settle for what the original offer was but thought twice of it and hired John to handle the negotiation since I was not sure what the laws were around all of the different aspects of the situation. Being pretty busy with a young child, I was glad I hired John to take care of everything. He not only negotiated with the insurance company, but also with my wife's health care providers to get the best settlement for us. John was helpful by addressing our concerns throughout the process and was able to get us 3 times the settlement that I almost accepted at first. Not only was the settlement higher, but there is no concern with health providers coming back to me after the accident to seek reimbursement for medical bills that they paid. Everything is taken care of and it was a win-win situation all around. I highly recommend John as he made the process very easy for us and worry free for my family.

John Risvold is excellent!!
John Risvold was our attorney when my young daughter was injured at her school. Her injury was pretty serious and required surgery. My husband and I were scared and really didn't know what to do. Obviously, we didn't feel comfortable sending her back to this school where she was not appropriately supervised. Additionally, the school refused to accept any responsibility, saying that it was just a common accident that could happen to anyone. My husband and I felt otherwise, and reached out to John Risvold for advice and consultation. John was literally with us through this entire process--from going through the surgery, discussions with the school and their attorneys and up to the final settlement agreement. To make matters more complicated, we had a tuition contract with the school and they initially refused to let us out of the contract. It was a very stressful experience and John made things so much easier and made us feel like someone had our backs, so to speak. My husband and I highly recommend John Risvold as a personal injury attorney. He is caring, compassionate, and an excellent attorney.

Amazing Injury Attorney
I highly recommend Mr. Risvold if you ever need a personal injury lawyer. He is kind, professional and will make sure you get the best results possible. He took my case and negotiated a settlement with the insurance company that was much higher than anything they had offered me. He is the best!

Legal counsel and friend for 4+ years
I have many college friends and a few family members who went on to be lawyers but John has been my most reliable and consistent resource. From low level issues like a parking ticket to discussing a company's HR position during negotiations, I've always been able to reach John to obtain reliable information. My business dealings with John are low in number but our 100% win rate is the outcome we care about.
