Jason Graff Shore

I began working with Jason Shore in 2022 for my application for permanent residency. Throughout the entire process Jason took the time to explain each area in depth and help educate my wife and I throughout all the stages of the process. The level of detail and diligence was clear to see throughout t...he process and therefore led to a successful application. In addition to this, Jason and Vanessa were very communicative throughout the entire process to answer any questions or concerns. I would greatly recommend Jason Shore for any immigration matters.

I contacted Jason for the first time in 2016 when I was looking to get divorced, I consulted with Mr. Shore and after speaking with him i was very confident in having him to represent me. During the course of meeting with him about the divorce, I decided to try marriage counseling, which Mr. Shore e...ncouraged me to try since I had not. He did not try to talk me into proceeding with the divorce, which of course would mean more money for his firm. Fast forward 5 years and the counseling did not work and I found myself utilizing Jason Shore again and he welcomed me back with open arms! My soon to be ex with her new attorney tried several times to get me on the bad side of a judgement and after several meetings and counters Jason was easy to work with and we crafted a very productive settlement and judgement which kept me with my pension, 401K, all my property purchased after marriage and no alimony! My divorce process was relatively short without much negative fanfare and for that I am very grateful and I would (and have) referred Jason and his firm to all seeking help.

I had a very difficult post decree custody battle that recently came to close with me receiving majority custody. My ‘lovely’ ex-wife filed 3 attempted restraining orders against me, Jason ...had all 3 vacated. I had 6 options filed against me, Jason won all six with one being completely stricken. Most impressively Jason worked to come to settlement after the miserable GAL submitted a completely one sided and unsubstantiated report recommending to the judge that my ex be allowed to move out of state with my son. Something that she did not request. Not only did I achieve majority custody but, the GAL was removed during settlement. This is unheard of, in the legal community. I know Mr. Shore more than two years, he is a consummate lawyer with an excellent positive attitude and dedicated professional. My case was delayed for months due to covid, he tried very hard to bring my immigration case to close, he was very empathetic and was always accessible and worked very hard ...on my case to the end.
