He had a meaningful input to my case.

Mr. Scarpino read my question carefully and responded to it not just like a lawyer but as a decent human being. He gave me good advice. I felt he cared about me not just about my case.

Nothing short of impressive

Frank was the epitome of what I would expect from an attorney. I hired him after being arrested for an unwarranted domestic battery charge. I listened to his advice and together we decided to take the charge all the way through to a jury trial. I was ultimately found NOT GUILTY and owe this all to Fr...ank. His years of experience are evident in his professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the legal system. Frank almost always answers the phone and if not, he is extremely prompt in returning messages. I hope I never need his services again, however, I will always consider him to be my attorney and more importantly a friend.

Top notch defense!

Frank thoroughly represents to the best of his ability and won't give you undependable outcomes that aren't possible. In my opinion he does really work hard to defend as best as possible. I am a Satisfied client and will use him again if need be.

Excellent lawyer

Frank helped me closed three open cases I had in three different counties. Truly was satisfied and loved the results! He's a very good man as well as a good lawyer!

very blessed to have hired and got to know this man

Frank got me out of a class 4 felony case, possession of 43 Xanax bars. he knew what he had to do in order to help me get through what i was going through. he knew weather or not to take to trial or through negotiations and with him gathering all the information that he needed he got me a deal for 2 ...years probation, does not got on my record as felony charge, and no community service. im very blessed to have gotten to know this man.
