Mr. Fiscella is a life-long resident of the Chicago-land area. He attended the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He later earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Fiscella worked with another Chicago area defense firm focusing on a variety of criminal matters throughout the country. Mr. Fiscella has defended clients in a number of complex jury and bench trials in federal and state court. He has worked on legal teams defending clients charged with murder, RICO and organized crime allegations, kidnapping, conspiracy, aggravated battery, possession and sale of narcotics, white collar crimes, violent crimes, weapon possession, and a variety of other matters.

Serious & Professional

Tim is an excellent attorney, and I couldn't be any more satisfied with his services. Just to give you an example of how professional Tim is: while we were in the courtroom during my case, I noticed that the other attorneys (all of which appeared to be much older than Tim) were socializing and cracking jokes amongst themselves. Meanwhile, Tim was off to the side, looking over some papers and remaining focused on my case. It was at this point I realized I had hired the right person.

Tim Fiscella

Tim Fiscella was 1st rate and immediately took control of my case. He was totally transparent and honest as well as reasonable. He was able to get my case dismissed entirely which was the best possible result. Great guy, easy to talk to, honest and highly effective. Highly recommend.

Traffic Ticket

I had some issues with my license that needed attention. When I first spoke with Tim he helped calm me down and helped me take the appropriate steps to fix the issues I was having. Quick to Respond, Thorough, Gets the Job Done

This is my first time having worked with Timothy. He was referred to me by someone I know who also practices law. Timothy was very honest with me and quick to communicate. Tim Fiscella

Extremely pleased with TF as he took on the challenge of my case! With the rarety of my case there was some unfamiliar challenges that he was able to overcome. TF handled all aspects of this difficult situation in a very professional way , while also being positive! TF was very relatable in such a way that I always felt comfortable knowing he was giving it 100% All of the important aspect of a lawyer (to me) definitely describe TF. Tireless Worker

Mr. Fiscella works hard to make sure you understand the whole legal process and is very client focused. I never felt like i was just one of many clients. He is very knowledgable and worked very hard to help me get my results. I surely would recommend him to anyone else.

DUI

I hired Tim after being arrested for DUI. I was really nervous and upset but Tim helped get me through it and ultimately helped me get my charge reduced. Tim is honest and straight forward. I would recommend him.
