I regret hiring attorney Frank Scarpino. His mail ad made it seem like the cost for my case would be around 125 dollars, but when we met he suddenly demanded 5000 dollars. As someone who is non native English speaker, I felt scared and pressured. The entire experience was stressful. Frank was the epitome of what I would expect from an attorney. I hired him after being arrested for an unwarranted domestic battery charge.
