Excellent Attorney
I hired Frank Scarpino after I was accused of Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol. I had never been in trouble with the law and was absolutely terrified of the process. I consulted with a few attorney's and after meeting with Frank I knew he was the right choice! He was confident about my case and...

Nothing short of impressive
Frank was the epitome of what I would expect from an attorney. I hired him after being arrested for an unwarranted domestic battery charge. I listened to his advice and together we decided to take the charge all the way through to a jury trial. I was ultimately found NOT GUILTY and owe this all to Fr...

Lazy and Late
Hired him for our son's disorderly conduct case. He charged us $5000 so we were thinking we were getting a top lawyer according to his sales pitch. Instead we get someone who never returns calls, never follows up, and gets irritated, snaps, and then hangs up when we voice our concerns on how he is un...
Mr. or Ms. Sanders, my sincere apologies for your unfortunate experience. I first would like to defend my practice by stating that I have never quoted a client $5,000 on a Disorderly Conduct case. Additionally, I do not recall having a client with the last name of "Sanders" that was quoted that amount, which leads me to question the validity of this negative review about my practice, I can assure you that if I did have a client that was not satisfied, I would do everything in my power to make it right. Please use facts to back up your review so that I can rectify any unresolved matters, should they exist.

There are honest lawyers! Ask him about his faith, he's an honest man.
Frank Scarpino is the most caring, passionate, knowledgeable attorney. I am so appreciative of his legal services. Mr. Scarpino did an excellent job with my case and he did this in a timely manner. "I have had the honor to see Mr. Scarpino conduct himself as a zealous advocate in the court room. Frank focuses his energy and attention on each case as if it's his only case. He represents his clients in a vigorous, diligent and professional manner that has earned him the respect of both defense attorneys and prosecutors alike. He is always well prepared and will not hesitate to have a hearing when necessary. Without question I endorse Frank Scarpino."
"Frank Scarpino is a top attorney who is well respected by prosecutors, judges and Secretary of State hearing officers. When I was a prosecutor, I often had cases against Frank and I know first hand, he is as good as they come! He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile!"
