Replied last December 05, 2014Based upon the comments, I am not sure that this actually was a client of mine. However, I can say that I tell all of my clients that I am an attorney that tells your what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear. Although I will fight for my clients, I will not cross any ethical boundaries. Divorce is a personal process and your attorney must fit your personality. If this truly was a former client, then I am sorry that you feel the way that you do but I am happy that you have moved forward. Finally, I have never seen a lawyer on a lemonade stand, so I do not know how to respond to the "litigate on a lemonade stand" comment.
