Joseph was warm, friendly, and put me at ease that he would be handling my bankruptcy case well. I was ready to tell anyone I knew to see him for their bankruptcy filing needs. because he made the process that simple and straightforward. He was unable to make it to my 341 and sent another attorney in... his place which he did tell me about beforehand. My bankruptcy was successful and closed without any issues. One of the creditors continued to collect on a garnishment after the filing and before closing. Joseph was initially helpful, but once my case closed, he would not return any of my calls. The amount may not be significant to him, but it was to me, the client. Basically it felt very "on to the next one" as I never heard from him again aside from a mailed copy of the bankruptcy discharge.
