True Professional

If you need a divorce lawyer Adam is your answer. I had 3 lawyers before Adam, he called me before court, he was very prepared, we went to court and for the first time in 2 plus years the decision went my way. My thanks to the Davi Law Group in Wheaton

Professional and Results-Orientated Counsel

Mr. Gynac was my representative counsel in a recent highly-contested divorce case. I appreciated Mr. Gynac's approach of relaying honest and realistic expectations to me about the case, the legal process, and my litigation options at every juncture of the case. Mr. Gynac was on top of the case and ...was very responsive to my inquiries throughout. His professionalism was part of his litigation tactics to the extent that he argued the right issues at the right time and in the right way. He totally out-classed the opposing law firm and its counsel. I would give Mr. Gynac a very high rating for successful courtroom litigating skills, a huge factor that facilitated a favorable outcome for my case.

Outstanding Divorce Lawyer

At one of the most difficult times of your life, facing a divorce, you need a lifeline that you know will fight for you and has the professional skill set, demonstrated success and calming demeanor to steer you through the journey ahead. Adam Gynac was hands-down that lifeline for me through a challe...nging 18 months. He is extremely knowledgeable of Divorce and Family Custody laws and has developed strong relationships with County Judges that over the years he has worked with on committees as well as demonstrated strong ethics in front of them during court proceedings. Having a Lawyer that is well-respected and obviously liked by the Judge made me feel confident every time I was in court with Adam. It always felt like I had the "edge" and the "tie" would lean our way. As a male facing a divorce that I was blind-sided by my wife's Divorce filing, finding a Lawyer that would help me protect my rights with my children as well as protect my fair share of assets was my number one priority. I am so thankful that I had Adam from day one. He was always responsive to my requests. He was always cognizant of keeping my costs down by being very efficient in all that he did, whether it was communicating succinctly via email with all action points and recaps over phone conversations or by driving action with opposing counsel instead of allowing things to drag out. In the end, my ex-wife ran legal expenses through multiple Lawyers she replaced at twice the dollar billings I incurred with Adam, yet I feel I ended up with the strongest representation. I was able to keep the family residence, maintain fair share of my assets and secure child visitation that I am very happy with. I am extremely pleased with Adam and so thankful he was here for me throughout the entire ordeal. I would be happy to provide any reference regarding Adam if any prospective clients would like to speak to an actual client of his.
