A Vociferous Advocate for You

I was married to a serial embezzler. His main marks of choice were me, my children and my elderly mother. He had been planning on divorcing me for 25 years and threatened to leave me and the children on a weekly basis. In addition to the embezzlement, there was also rampant dissipation of marital... assets to the point that there was no marital estate left. The first two law firms I engaged were overwhelmed by my case and wanted to call everything dissipation, though i supplied them with ample documentation of the embezzlement (as well as the dissipation) After two years with the second law firm, the judge was ready to sell my remaining non marital assets and give him half of those as well, because the second lawyer insisted we had to go to trial for her to bring any of this up to the judge. Had the judge carried this out, I would have been stuck with more debt than assets, and would have had to give up my home and business. I parted ways with the second lawyer and was referred to Brett by another very caring and astute lawyer. Brett instantly grasped the situation, studied it for a few days and asked all the right questions - then apprised the judge of the truth. Brett - and co-counsel Lee Gorski - got my divorce done in seven months - and they preserved all non marital assets. They saved my financial life and I can never say enough good things about them. They treated me with respect and kept me informed of all that was going on with the judge and opposing counsel - they worked tirelessly on my behalf to prove the assets were actually mine and not marital - which had never been done by their predecessors - hence the judge's plan to sell my assets. In the end, while we did end up at the courthouse on the day set for trial, we did not actually go to trial, thankfully. I received excellent legal advice and guidance from Brett. He was kind and incredibly astute, always keeping the big picture in mind and focused on resolution in my favor. He does his homework, commands respect from the judges and there is not a lazy bone in his body. Brett Williiamson will advocate for you vociferously. Superb

Brett was everything one wants in a divorce lawyer: attentive, responsive, knowledgeable on current laws, professional, courteous and a stellar advocate for me. I made a huge mistake in switching to a much less (in every category) lawyer to "save money", all to my severe detriment. I ended up paying ...so much more money in legal fees AND in the end, to my ex. If you want to get your divorce DONE and done properly, expeditiously and with a lawyer who has brains and class, hire Brett. Don't make the mistakes I did--stay with the best and most qualified.

I would highly recommend Brett Williamson to anyone needing a divorce lawyer. He explained all my options to me and he made sure I understood the process. I am glad I had him there to help me through this difficult time.
