Joe is a great attorney. Besides an attorney, he is a regular guy and a family man that understands your needs when you consult with him, he is honest, knowledgeable, and very professional. I hired Joe after looking at reviews on AVVO and he met beyond my expectations. My case was really complex. There were lot of aspects of the settlement that me and my Ex was not agreeing to…which end up with lot of dispositions of different family members. My Ex started sending lot of subpoenas to my... banks, credit card companies, My work and it was really stressful and at one time I just wanted to agree on everything she wanted but Joe helped me a lot on dealing with all the issues and we fought really well in the court with all the things she was coming up with. My case went on for 2 years because of one of the lawyer I hired before Joe was very greedy and he tried to make my case more complex and top of that he didn’t know what he was doing. Once he was trying to do child support calculation worksheet and couldn’t do it. That point of time I realize he is useless. I don’t know how these kind a people can just become lawyers. So after 16 months I fired him from my case and hired Joe and he fixed lot of mess which I was in. Joe did a wonderful job in fixing things that was left from my previous lawyer and worked really hard to get me on track. He is very open and very prompt in responding with in no time if I had any questions regarding my case. I highly recommend Joe.

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with Joe and his representation through my divorce. Let me start off by saying I think he is the most accessible lawyer I have ever known or heard of. Doesn't matter whether you email, text, or call him, he will either return it within 10 minutes or by th...e end of the day. He never leaves you hanging, answers all your questions, and doesn't nickel and dime you for every conversation you have. By not nickel and diming you for every email, call, or text...I think it shows that he truly wants to resolve your concerns and isn't interested in just racking up your bill. I had a rough divorce, and it was a hostile break up and Joe was there every step of the way to make sure I avoided any potential criminal charges based on false accusations my ex wife started to make. We prevailed on everything and he was incredibly supportive. My ex attorney dragged on what should have been an easy 4 month at most divorce, but Joe again didn't nickel and dime me along the way. He kept the costs reasonable and no lie...I cannot think of one time we went to court and lost a motion. It didn't help my ex's attorney was a criminal defense lawyer and I felt I could have done a better job, but Joe was still on top of every motion. Every time we went to court it was super fast and the results were more than acceptable on my end. We didn't spend all day in court, we were in and out and business was taken care. I have zero complaints about Joe and think he already is and will be a fantastic divorce lawyer for anyone in need. I was so pleased with him and trust him so much that I referred him to my sister who unfortunately is going through a divorce of her own. I also referred him to another family friend going through a rough divorce who had been screwed over by his previous divorce lawyer. Everyone I know who has hired him is amazed at his skill, knowledge, and trustworthiness.
