I hired Joe based on the excellent reviews I read about him. I am so glad I did. I had researched several other lawyers but Joe made a great first impression when I called him with the suspicion that the wife was planning to file for divorce. He patiently talked to me on our initial free call/consul...tation and developed a pre-plan for when the time came to actually hire him. The time soon came and I hired him. My situation was not the traditional situation where the man works full-time and the woman stays home with the kid(s). My situation was the reverse of this. Joe developed a plan and the chaos of my utterly crazy and bitter divorce began. Throughout all of the crazy twists and turns - the ex pulled some crazy moves and made many false claims - Joe kept me grounded and focused. There were many times that I was willing to give in and/or give up due to the stress but Joe kept me in the game and I am so glad he did. The final outcome of the case was better than I could have hoped for. Joe even uncovered some finances that I was unaware of and recovered what was lawfully mine. Joe is a "pit-bull" attorney that will always fight for you and is readily available to answer your questions. He knows his stuff! His support staff is also top notch. I was looking for a divorce attorney as I knew my case wasn't going to be an easy one to handle. I looked up lawyers that were successful with divorces with minimal heartache. Joe understood the situation I was in and educated me about how the case will proceed. The consultation was free of charge. ... He is very communicative through email, and I knew every timeline of the case as soon as there was news. We communicated through the phone/text whenever I had questions, and he was happy to help no matter the time of the day (email, phone and/or text). He was very honest about the estimate to go in a trail from day one and suggested we should avoid it as much as possible. He even suggested that I should take the first stab at the financials that were involved with my case so I don't have to pay him to spend time looking at it. After I created the initial financials, we connected and we walked through the document together. He asked valid questions on things I had missed on those documented and proof for the amount that was in question so we can make the case stronger. All the documents were submitted on time without any missing documents. Even his team was great to follow up with me on the documents. They followed up with me on the documents and filed everything on time while keeping me updated. They even shared the digital copies of submission. Joe only charges for the 'work' he does on the case. Joe doesn't charge the client for innocuous things like paying the parking meters, parking lots costs, etc. Joe was able to get up to speed quickly with my case considering the amount of material that was thrown his way in a short amount of time before the next meeting with the judge. He was available beyond business hours and on weekends to answer any questions I had, consider and discuss any suggestions I had, and to clear up any confusion I might I had.
