I am honored to express how great my complete experience was & currently still is with Denise Erlich. I will explain why initially I was apprenhensive with lawyers prior to meeting Denise. Prior to hiring Denise I had 2 previous attorneys that definitely did not work out, as both of these attorneys ...prior to Denise were extremely lazy & by their actions, too busy for my case. My first attorney that I was referred to, was always late for court as well as always looked disheveled My last attorney I had her for about a year. During that process court was dragged. She had never communicated w/me regarding what was going on or what was going to happen, etc. Any time I would reach out to her for any questions or just to simply get an understanding of what was going on in the court proceedings, I could never reach her via email nor via phone or text. At times I found myself reaching out to her more than once regarding a question about court & it could be days or even more than a week or two that I would hear back from her, not to mention on the court proceedings she was never verbally prepared to represent me. I blame it on her never being available to get to know me or my case thoroughly. There were so many times my last attorney was very rude including condescending to me when I would ask for assistance in understanding the process or how shall I prepare for the court date. At times I would not hear from her until 10 minutes prior to the court time. My 2nd attorney was a complete nightmare, as well as very dishonest, very unprofessional, unpleasant & all the while still accepting my money. Divorce is a very sensitive, delicate, difficult time for people, so as you can understand why I had to seek another attorney as well as why I was very apprehensive in hiring another attorney due to my finances & bad experiences with the past two attorneys. Ultimately after coming across Denise's website & reading all of her reviews, I made the positive decision to hire Denise. Boy am I completely happy & satisfied I did! Denise is worth every single penny! Denise spoke w/me via telephone & as soon as I gave her my case information, she honestly got right on top of it! Denise is & was always available & ready for me if I needed her regardless of what I needed whether it was information or elaboration of the court proceedings, to breaking down word for word, bit by bit, calculation by calculation, day by day of anything & everything that I required knowledge in my rights. She is a very patient attorney including such an understanding individual. She made me feel at ease & comfortable throughout the whole entire divorce proceedings. Denise treated me w/much care as if we had been actual friends previous to my case even though I had just met her. She listened to me talk & cry about my divorce, just like a sister or a friend would. She never rushed me even if it was late at night. She always gave me great attorney as well as sisterly advice as if she was in my situation. Denise is beyond thorough & diligent w/her work. I was in such disbelief at how much detail & time she took even while she was under the weather to stay on top of things to be ahead of the game & to make sure she had knew everything that was going on, going to happen & to be ten steps ahead & prepared. Denise is very explanatory, a very good listener, a very hard-working attorney & she will fight to get what's fair & best for her client. This has always been my honest experience! To be honest Denise felt more like a close best friend or a sister fighting for me in court. She made me feel very safe, comfortable, as well as legally protected w/so much information. She definitely made the process quick, easy & not to mention completely thorough in her work for me & I truly appreciate her. Denise is definitely on my list for the long haul! I cannot adequately express my satisfaction and gratitude for Denise Erlich and the Erlich Law Office, LLC. I found myself in a situation where my entire world was imploding around me and I could not have gotten through it without the steady composure, focus and experience that Denise provided me. ...She is the most caring and understand attorney that I've ever had experience with. I found myself dealing with a very manipulative ex and her manipulative attorney, but she always kept me focused and did not let me or the case get distracted by all the “noise” that the other side was creating. Without her steady focus and ability to see through all the distractions that were thrown out there I would have absolutely taken the bait and my divorce process would have had a completely different result. Denise was always available and never made me feel that I was not a priority to her. I felt I could text her or talk to her whenever I had a question or concern no matter how minor it was. She listened closely to my concerns, provided her experienced professional advice and reassured me that everything would be okay. She kept me very well informed every step of the way and if I had any questions, she was timely in returning my calls. If I didn't agree or didn't like the way it might turn out in court, she advised me on very good alternatives. She is experienced, tenacious, sharp, ethical and knows family law inside and out. At the same time, she is personable, empathetic and understanding. I could not have made it through the horrible process if it was not for Denise. I am beyond satisfied and thankful I had her on my side.
