Biography
Mr. Muntz began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Wheaton, Illinois. Jeff served in that capacity for over 7 years, with the last 5 years of that position handling felony offenses. Mr. Muntz conducted numerous bench and jury trials as a prosecutor, ranging from First Degree Murder to traffic offenses. He was awarded the Misdemeanor Division Prosecutor of the Year in 2006.
Before he left that position in 2012, Mr. Muntz was assigned to that office’s Domestic Violence and Child Protection Unit, where he prosecuted serious felony cases that included violations of orders of protection, domestic battery cases, internet crimes against children, physical crimes against children, and home invasions. Jeff brings a wealth of courtroom and trial experience to Goostree Law Group
Mr. Muntz is a native of Spring Valley, Illinois. He resides in DuPage County with his wife and two daughters.

DIvorce is not easy but Jeff was very communicative and on the ball for everything. I switched lawyers after first law firm had case for 13 months and got nowhere. Jeff got divorce finalized within 7 months and really helped negotiate a fair settlement. I highly recomend Jeff
