Divorce case

Steve and his paralegal are an excellent legal team. I had a very difficult ex who harassed me and continuously prolonged the process. Steve helped to keep me realistic and objective. Steve always looked out for my best interests getting me temporary child support, possession of house during the div...orce and making sure the mortgage was paid. He pays close attention to the details, is very knowledgeable and works hard to get you what you deserve. Steve and his paralegal were always quick to answer my questions and provide needed advice. I learned so much and feel confident in handling my affairs moving forward.

Exceptional Attorney

Steve handled a post decree child support matter for me with complicated issues pertaining to the changes in child support law in Illinois which took place in July 2017. Steve was a zealous advocate that aggressively argued a motion to dismiss which resulted in one issue being successfully dismissed ...and the other issue being resolved by settlement which preserved my right to receive child support even after my child reaches 18 as long as she is in college. His paralegal Carol always replied promptly to my emails and calls and supported my with all of my needs. I can’t thank both of them enough! The firm is highly recommended.

Competence and Care

Steven and his staff worked to ensure our best interests were always the priority during the dispute over the level of responsibility of each patent regarding college tuition. Steven was able to receive a fair ruling from the court and not have things drag out for an extended period of time.

Great attorney

Steve handled my divorce case very well. He and his paralegal were quick, responsive, and informative. The ex was very hard to deal with. He tried to get away with everything he did. Steve helped me obtain an emergency order of protection, temp sole custody of the children, child support, car owners...hip, health insurance and the car possession from the ex. He made sure the child support was set at the maximum and my needs were being met. I am glad I had this attorney to help me. I learned a lot from him and now I am able to handle most issues on my own.
