A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Marissa received her Bachelors in Business Administration with honors in 1992. During her attendance at the University, she competed in Track and Field as a Lady Longhorn. She also competed at the international level for the Italian National Team.
Marissa earned her Juris Doctorate in 1995 from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally from New York, she has also lived and practiced in Austin, Texas. Marissa is admitted to practice law in Texas, Connecticut, and New York.
