A Private investigator / Lawyer

I'm a PI who's just trying to make a living like every one else, while tailing a subject I found myself breaking a few traffic laws, and soon after handing over my lisence and registration. I did the smart thing and went to yelp and found Mr. Novak to represent me in court. Best move I made, his pr...ice was reasonable and he took the time to sort out all my concerns and needs. So I felt no stress the weeks before trial, piece of mind is priceless! And as advertised he sorted out my two tickets and with his knowledge of my industry and his familiarity with the court and its people's, he was able to get me a result I was thrilled with. He spent 30 minutes talking with me about the process and shared a few PI stories, you rarely find a lawyer who spends 2 minutes talking to you let alone 30! You need legal help call Mr. Novak !

This is the guy you want!!

My case is not over yet. But I can tell you that he will fight tooth and nail for you! I agree that sometimes that is not enough, but his knowledge, and the research he puts into the case goes far beyond what I thought was possible. He is someone that truly loves his job and will find a way to win! I... am fighting a D.U.I. My brother in law is a lake county sheriff. When I called to tell him what happend, he said, "Get Jerald Novak, he kicks are ass!" The way that Mr. Novak made this, seemingly competent police officer of 20 years look incredibly incompetent, was truly amazing! Jerald Novak is worth every penny he asks for!

Timely and Professional

My 19 year old son had gotten himself into a predicament that would likely cost him a suspension of his driving privileges. Not being from Lake county where the hearing was to take place I had asked for a referral from my local attorney and I was directed to Jerry. Court was the very next morning... and Jerry without hesitancy took on the case. He laid out the possible outcomes and exceeded above my expectations. My son did not receive a suspension nor did it appear on his record. My greatest appreciation to Jerry and his assistant for making what appeared to be a very difficult situation result in such a positive outcome. An extra thank you for making my son aware of how different this could of ended and the need to be more aware of the consequences of poor decisions.
