I was recommended by my conceal instructor. I called, let Jerald know what just happened on my way to my class, first impression was that Jerald was very concerned about my situation and not concern about money like other attorneys might be. he asked a lot of questions about the situation, where, wh...y, ask about my family, about my past life and record. the reason behind all the question as he explained was to find out about me and what he is dealing with before getting blindsided in court. after we got to know each other, he got straight to the point on what could happen if this happen or that happen. Jerald was very understanding and patient. he cared and wanted what was best for us as a team. court date finally showed up and we got what we wanted and got me out of jail time for speeding way over the limit, it wasn't easy he said but we got what we wanted at the end of the day so I can still work, not have a bad record, a good driving record and keep my conceal carry license for work purposes. couldn't ask for anything else from him and his team and appreciate what they have done for me. anything else that comes up and I hope nothing does where I have to call him again but if anything does, I will definitely call him. I was very welcomed, safe, comfortable and wasn't forced to hire him. he sells himself to me very well where I didn't have to look somewhere else or didn't have a gut feeling about him and his team, don't regret where my money went. thank you again.

Case Dismissed

Misdemeanor weapons charge was successfully dismissed by the intercession of Atty. Novak through his tireless work on my behalf. My desire was for this case to "go away", and he did just that. Thank you.

Above and Beyond!

Jerry went out of his way to research my DUI case so thoroughly that he beat the whole thing by catching a mistake the police officer made on the paperwork and finding another case that supported it. No trial needed, finished in one quick court appearance. I feel so lucky to have found him! Worth eve...ry penny!!!!

A+ Attorney. He doesn’t just care about your case, but the person that’s involved.

I called Jerry on a Saturday morning after a Thursday night arrest for a DUI. I was stressed and distraught. Upon calling him, he noticed I wasn’t doing well emotionally. The first 30-45 minutes of my free consultation call had nothing to do with my case. Jerry took the time to calm me down, offer br...eathing techniques and ways I could reduce my stress. He didn’t have to do that, but he did because he truly cares about his clients. After his suggestions, I was able to calm myself and convey my case to him. He first and foremost explained everything about my arrest and what he would do as my lawyer. I was so comforted and grateful for his emotional help and after hearing of his success in similar cases I hired him. I dropped off my retainer check the next day. Jerald Novak is Trustworthy and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I understand everyone’s situation is different and even if things seem terrible give Jerald Novak a call. He won’t tell you what you want to hear he’ll tell you what you NEED to hear! He reminded me that you’ll never be wrong doing the right thing. He didn’t just get my case dismissed he reminded tha...t I still have both hands on the wheel and a chance to get my life back on track.
