About Evan
Biography
Within a year of graduating law school, Evan found himself as the lead attorney in multiple class x felony matters. His early successes as a criminal defense attorney earned him high-profile cases such as predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, child pornography, and multiple armed robberies. Many of his cases consist of domestic battery, DUI and other such misdemeanor offenses, but he has proven his ability to argue and negotiate on behalf of some of the most egregious offenders in Northern Illinois. He brings these experiences and the skills acquired along the way to each and every case.
This practice is focused on criminal defense and we represent clients from Woodstock, Crystal Lake, McHenry, Carpentersville, Marengo, Wonder Lake, Harvard, Huntley, Cary, Lake in the Hills, and Algonquin.
The majority of his time outside of felony courtrooms is spent in Domestic Violence courts. McHenry County has a dedicated judge for such matters and Evan is a frequent attorney before his bench.
Regularly accepted matters include domestic battery, drug and sex crimes, theft charges, drug induced homicide, DUI, driving while license suspended, driving while license revoked, reckless driving, assault and battery, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and traffic offenses.
Our location across the street from the courthouse allows us to serve the McHenry County area including Woodstock, Crystal Lake, Wonder Lake, Huntley, Harvard, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Marengo, McHenry, Union, and Fox River Grove.
