Darren L. Weiss, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2000 and is an active member in good standing.  In addition to DUI and ESTATE PLANNING Mr. Weiss is experienced in wills, trusts, bankruptcy, business law, family law, criminal defense, and auto accidents.

In addition to all State and local courts Mr. Weiss has been admitted to practice in Federal court in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada since 2000.

Mr. Weiss earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1998 (law degree) from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento California. In addition, McGeorge awarded Mr. Weiss a special adjunct to his law degree acknowledging his concentration in federal tax law.

Mr. Weiss also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Mr.  Weiss is a proud long time resident of Las Vegas, since 1984, and graduated from a local high school in 1989.

Mr. Weiss has been confered the Champion of Justice award by US congretional district representative DINA TITUS, and well as a certificate of Congessional Commendation from US  Senator HARRY REID.  Nevada Leagal Services also honored him in 2015 as attorney of the year.

That “Hometown, small country” feel
Tired of dealing with the corporate attorneys. You know the ones. The ones who afford the fancy billboards and advertisements everywhere you look? That was me back in 2016 when life Happened and took a turn in the other direction. Or knowing who to turn to I called those other guys. Literally I could tell I was just a number in their books and they really only cared about one thing. My money. Along came Darren from a recommendation of a close friend. Let me tell you. I felt like I was back in hometown or a small Swedish country where people actually matter. Because that’s what Darren was like. He only cared about me and making sure I was taken care of and all my questions were answered throughout the last 3 years. Even once all was said and done a loose string came up, Not on his error. But he was right there to extinguish that flame for me and took the worry away. Darren follows up with you regularly. Seeks the best outcome for you. But has you make your decisions but gives you all the options. Answers he is phone and calls you back when he can’t. Hands down, I would say he’s more than an attorney. He’s an individual that cares.

i have used Darren Weiss as my Attorney for my living trust and i am extremely pleased with the result, i have also used Darren for my DUI, yes unfortunately a DUI, the results Darren got for me was much more pleasing than i expected and he's there for you always i recommend him highly

Extremely helpful in setting up a Trust. Because of the zero wait time on scheduled appointments, on-time delivery of documentation, and relaxed and friendly atmosphere, I rate the entire experience as excellent. Darren Weiss is a great choice!
I am a 61 year old disabled veteran, and first time offender. Darren is so kind and reassuring, and practically held my hand during my pre-trial hearing. As a veteran with PTSD, he advised the DA and the judge, of my severe anxiety in group setting and public areas. By speaking with them in regard of my disabilities, the DA and Judge, gave me the opportunity to do my court-appointed classes on line. Fantastic Lawyer!
I was looking at jail time for my DUI offense. Darren was able to negotiate a workable outcome, with no jail time. I was quite pleased that I was always able to directly communicate with him to discuss the details of my case. RELIABLE AND HARD WORKING
Mr Weiss has been my attorney of choice for over 13 years, he has handled and helped with numerous cases i have had to deal with including my divorce, custody issues and in recent years my will and estate planning. Mr Weiss saved my CDL and my job
Getting a DUI can be very stressful. I made a mistake but I'm not a criminal and suddenly my career was on the line. We went to several attorney's and did not feel comfortable with anyone. After losing hope a friend referred me to Darren Weiss. After meeting with him for a half hour we knew he was the one we needed to hire. He is so knowledgeable and surprisingly so friendly. We walked out of their knowing we are in good hands. That was the first night I had a good night sleep. I highly recommend him. He is honest and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent Advise in a time of need.
Darren really helped me in a time in my life that was a financial nightmare. He really gave me the answers I so desperately needed and got me back on track. All around positive experience.
