Biography
It is our policy to facilitate client directed services. We understand it is the client, not the attorney, who must live with the results of the decisions made. Our goal is to educate our clients regarding the options and risks involved and to encourage our clients to work with us in setting the case strategies and objectives.
Darren L. Weiss, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2000 and is an active member in good standing. In addition to DUI and ESTATE PLANNING Mr. Weiss is experienced in wills, trusts, bankruptcy, business law, family law, criminal defense, and auto accidents.
In addition to all State and local courts Mr. Weiss has been admitted to practice in Federal court in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada since 2000.
Mr. Weiss earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1998 (law degree) from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento California. In addition, McGeorge awarded Mr. Weiss a special adjunct to his law degree acknowledging his concentration in federal tax law.
Mr. Weiss also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
Mr. Weiss is a proud long time resident of Las Vegas, since 1984, and graduated from a local high school in 1989.
Mr. Weiss has been confered the Champion of Justice award by US congretional district representative DINA TITUS, and well as a certificate of Congessional Commendation from US Senator HARRY REID. Nevada Leagal Services also honored him in 2015 as attorney of the year.

dui and living trust
