I contacted and hired Dyan Williams in Nov 2019 to overcome delays from administrative processing 221(g) of my H1B visa renewal at the U.S. Consulate in Chennai, India. The administrative processing was related to a dismissed criminal case arising from a false police report filed by an ex-girlfriend.... Thanks to Dyan Williams for assisting me with getting my waiver 212(d)(3) a couple of months ago in 2021. I was convicted on a charge of possession of 19 grams of cannabis in 2003 in South Africa and therefore I was inadmissible/barred from entering the United States.
