Flawless *SUCCESS* With COMPLICATED Immigration Case

Dyan is a professional, personable, and extremely sharp immigration lawyer who will help you to the best of her ability while remaining honest and transparent about certain likelihoods and circumstances that may occur. Not only that, but she will position you to be in the best possible situation for ...success with your case. Unlike other lawyers, Dyan doesn't look at cases from one angle. She opens up all of the angles and will be the hawk eyes and listening ears of every corner of your case, making sure that everything on your forms is as accurate and strong as possible. Nothing is rushed, but everything moves in a timeframe that is very fast. Dyan handpicks her clients because she has high standards and is always just an email or call away. Other lawyers care so much about the money, that their quality of service to clientele is spread so thinly. Dyan is the absolute opposite. I came to to the U.S. on the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and had overstayed for over 3-years due to some circumstances outside of my control. If you know anything about immigration, you know that I was in a very bad situation and facing a 10-year ban from ever entering this country again. The stakes were high, to put it mildly. Dyan was able to dissect the case into easy bite-sized, manageable pieces that allowed me to file everything correctly, mitigate risk, and put me in the best position possible for US Permanent Residency. Today, the mission proved to be a success and I am a US Permanent Resident because of Dyan. Even while we are all dealing with COVID-19, Dyan always took the time to respond fast, provide thorough video conferencing to prepare us for what to expect at the interview, and made us feel confident of what to expect. From something as simple to respond to an email during early hours or just before midnight, to scheduling phone calls and coordinating our next steps, absolutely everything was on time and there was zero messing around, zero mistakes, zero excuses, and zero shortcomings from Dyan's end. Some people look past these little things, but they are ESSENTIAL in building trust towards somebody who has the future of your life and family in their hands. Hiring Dyan for your immigration needs, whether very complicated or fairly simple (but hard to understand due to there being sooo many important forms, dots, tiddles, and items needed for immigration), is a decision that will give you a significant edge in your odds for success. Don't think you "have it together" and can do this yourself, like I did 5-years ago and ended up having my forms turned back to me for something as simple as insufficient funds and then got nowhere for 3-years. Dyan will make a complicated process simple. She will do the heavy lifting so that you can have peace of mind about your case and one of the most important immigration decisions you will make in your life. I would say "don't cheap out", but even her costs are so fair and very affordable, that I personally think they should be increased in my honest opinion. So, hire Dyan NOW. Seriously! I am very grateful for everything she did. With the amount of knowledge Dyan has, you would expect any lawyer to have a built-up ego of arrogance. Dyan is the opposite. I spoke to 3-others before hiring Dyan, and she was the absolute most friendly and patient of all. It wasn't a "fad", either. It was consistent and genuine. She put up with so many nonsensical questions from my side and exercised so much patience and care throughout. I now have my whole life ahead of me as a US Permanent Resident, and Dyan was the lifeline we called to make this happen. My wife and I are eternally grateful and are convinced this is the best money we've ever spent. Dyan, THANK YOU!!!! We love you :)

Engineering

I had a 212a6c1 bar applied in error and had absolutely no idea how to tackle this problem. The consulate was not responding and my then immigration lawyer was not an expert in 212a6c1. I was connected with Dyan few months after the adjudication. Dyan first heard my situation and analyzed it thor...oughly. She then took very judicious calls and pieced the problem to me very well. She went ahead with documenting the situation and building a legal case around it that I could take back with me to the consulate. She gave absolutely precise and timely advice on the steps to follow. She always stayed on top of my case, gave me options without bias and explained to me all the possible scenarios and let me take an intelligent decision thereafter. Her immense trust in the process allowed me to believe back into a system that I had lost all hopes in. Due to her amazing documentation, outreach and consultation, I could finally have my 212a6c1 completely overturned in a span of 9 months after I was first given the adjudication in error

Excellent Layer for Immigration services

I am very happy to recommend Dyan Williams Law for any immigration needs. Dyan assisted me with a very complex situation I was facing pertaining to my wife's situation. We had recently got married and my wife while traveling to US for a temporary visit was detained by CBP at the port of entry and was... issued an expedited removal with a lifetime inadmissibility ban from entering the USA. I found Dyan through the internet and arranged a consultation with her first over Skype from India. I was impressed with her approach she was detail oriented and appeared to be the first attorney out of the few I had already spoken to who was compassionate, very thorough, not greedy and having a good fund of knowledge and understanding of the law. We hired Dyan’s services. She was able to clearly describe us in a very stressful situation which we were dealing with on what needs to be done and advised us on filing a Motion with CBP to vacate the charges. She asked us all relevant information, read my wife's sworn statement over and over, asked several questions and helped us with what it would take to build a strong case for a motion. Dyan worked on a very short notice and deadline to successfully submit our motion in time to the CBP. She was readily available to answer all the questions we had in time and prepared a very thorough and detailed brief and guided us with the submission of each and every relevant documents and proofs pertaining to our case. I was impressed by the clarity and thoroughness of the legal brief she prepared as well as her arguments. She diligently followed up with the CBP on the status of our case after the submission and due to her excellent preparation of the motion and proofs she advised us to submit we were able to obtain a favorable decision in our case. The CBP vacated the expedited removal order and the misrepresentation charge on my wife within 14 days of filing the motion. This was a huge relief to my wife as then we would have required to go through a very lengthy and uncertain waiver process. She is now assisting us with our I-130 petition and immigrant visa process. Throughout this difficult time not only she was a great lawyer and advocate for us but went out of the way to even understand our weak financial situation and provided us some relief in her legal fees and with payment arrangements. She is an honest, hardworking, extremely thorough and detail oriented lawyer who is an expert in the field of immigration and all complicated scenarios surrounding it. Dyan not only supported us in providing timely relief and help. She was sympathetic and compassionate and took time out of her busy schedule to answer every question we asked and counseled us on what is best for us in this situation without being selfish. This is rare and unheard of. Me and my wife will recommend Dyan’s services without any hesitation. She is a brilliant attorney who is very professional, and is expert at immigration law, who cares for her clients and is very knowledgeable. Thanks a lot Dyan! I cannot express my gratitude and respect for you enough with just my words. My wife and I are very thankful for your effort and hard work. We can dream of being together and starting our family soon in USA because of Dyan's effort. There is no doubt in our minds that we made the best decision for ourselves by hiring Dyan for our complicated situation. Thanks again and I look forward to continue seeking your guidance for our I-130 process and immigrant visa process. - Imran and Musarat

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
