Outstanding, Dedicated, and Truly Exceptional Immigration Attorney for rescission of the (6)(C)(i) bar

The US Consulate incorrectly denied my Immigrant Visa in 2023, and I was under immense stress trying to understand my options. I spent countless hours searching online, looking for anyone with real expertise in handling the (6)(C)(i) inadmissibility bar—especially since I did not have the option to f...ile an I-601 waiver. That’s when I found Ms. Dyan Williams, and from the very first conversation, I knew I was in the right hands. She took the time to thoroughly review every detail of my situation, guided me through preparing and finalizing a comprehensive affidavit, and filed a strong motion to reconsider. When the consulate responded with a generic denial, she didn’t give up. She escalated the case to the supervisory authority, and when they also provided another standard response, she kept pushing forward. Her determination is truly what changed everything. She filed a third motion to reconsider with the LegalNet team, who then directed the U.S. consulate to reopen and re-evaluate my case. That led to a request for a new medical exam under 221(g), and shortly after, my Immigrant Visa was approved. I genuinely believe this outcome would not have been possible without her expertise, persistence, and commitment. She fought for my case every step of the way, and I’m deeply grateful. If you’re looking for an immigration attorney who truly knows this complex area of law and will stand by you when things feel impossible, Ms. Dyan Williams is the person you want by your side. I am so lucky to have found her services at the right time and she made me believe that "Impossible is Nothing" when we lose hope. What she did for me was nothing short of a miracle for which my family would be truly grateful forever to her. I am now back in the US, where I truly belong, living the dream! Many thanks, Ms. Dyan Williams!

I had the privilege of working with Dyan Williams on a complex U.S. immigration matter involving the 212(d)(3) nonimmigrant waiver, and I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, expertise, and strategic guidance. From the very first consultation, Dr. Williams clearly explained the in...tricacies of the waiver process, including eligibility requirements, timelines, and the supporting documentation needed to build a strong case. She carefully reviewed the circumstances that led to my inadmissibility and helped me present a compelling narrative supported by legal reasoning and relevant case law. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and her calm, methodical approach. She took the time to answer all my questions with clarity and patience, ensuring I fully understood each step before moving forward. Her advice was not only technically sound but also empathetic — she truly understood how stressful this process can be for individuals trying to visit family, attend important events, or simply move on with their lives. Thanks to her counsel and thorough preparation, my 212(d)(3) waiver was approved, allowing me to make temporary visits to the U.S. despite my prior inadmissibility. I am incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her services to anyone navigating complex U.S. immigration challenges. Dyan Williams is a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate legal professional — exactly the kind of advocate you want by your side.

Nothing short of amazing!

Dyan Williams has been imperative in our I-130, I-485 and I-601 journey. I came to the USA in November 2019, and had sought out a B-2 Visa to do so. I needed the waiver of inadmissibility due to something from my past back in 2007. Upon entering the USA, I knew it would be a short 4-5 month stay wit...h friends before returning home to Australia, however, the pandemic happened and my flights were canceled. During the time I was here, I applied for an I-539N extension and was granted a stay until November 2020. During that time, I met my now husband, whom I had known online for many years prior to meeting him in person. After spending so many months together, and still not knowing when I would be able to return home to Australia due to pandemic restrictions, he and I decided that we wanted to share a life together and took the steps to make that happen. Part of that process was finding an immigration lawyer that had the right expertise in order to assist us during that journey. Neither my partner or I have ever attempted such a feat, and had no idea where to begin, how to submit any of the applications, nor what was required of us. Dyan was referred to us by a friend. Her expertise is second to none. She assisted us with all the applications, told us which documents would be required, and submitted everything for us. In May 2023 we did a joint filing for applications I-130 and the I-485. We received several RFE (request for evidence) notices from USCIS and Dyan assisted us with every one of them ensuring they were submitted for us by the USCIS due dates. Dyan made it easy to understand the process and coached us through every possible outcome. My I-765 (Employment authorization) was approved first in June 2024. My I-130 (Petition For Alien Relative) was approved in September 2024. I was then required to go to an interview for the I-485 in December 2024. Dyan suggested that we find local council to assist us during the interview as we are in Alabama and she is in Minnesota. She had successfully been assisting us remotely this entire time without issue. However, we were not able to find a lawyer experienced enough or available on that date to meet us at the interview. I personally also felt that Dyan knew our case the best as she had been with us since the beginning and it would be better to have Dyan on the phone at the interview (if she was willing), rather than someone new, or no lawyer at all. Due to being unable to find a suitable lawyer in our area, Dyan went above and beyond to guide us to a resolution for this problem. Dyan assisted by clearing her schedule in order to be there for when the USCIS officer would call. The USCIS officer was also kind enough to call Dyan for us while I had my interview. Dyan worked diligently to prepare our I-601 (Waiver of grounds of inadmissibility) application and submitted it prior to my interview to ensure that the USCIS office had all the information they needed about my case. I had a permanent bar to the U.S. under INA 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(I), and had previously gotten the 212(d)(3) waiver for the visitor visa. But to obtain the green card, I needed the I-601 waiver, which is harder to get. I had to convince USCIS that my indiscretions had occurred more than 15 years ago, I was fully rehabilitated, and I posed no risk of harm to the welfare of the United States OR my U.S. citizen spouse would face extreme hardship if I was not admitted to the United States. Dyan helped us prove that I qualified for the I-601 waiver not just on one of the eligibility grounds, but on BOTH of them. In February 2025, my I-485 and I-601 applications were both approved. We are exceptionally grateful to have had Dyan see us through this entire process. We would highly recommend her services should you need an immigration lawyer. We thank Dyan once again for all her help and support throughout this long and complicated process!

NOID for marriage fraud and 212c 6ci denial at K1 interview

Dyan led us to overcome a NOID on our I-129F application. And subsequently when the application was denied at the embassy, Dyan filed a motion to reconsider which successfully persuaded the embassy to rescind the denial. What is great about working with Dyan is she is 1. One of the most experience...d in what she does 2. A strong critical thinker who does not overlook details 3. A professional with strong integrity who will not tweak the facts and misrepresent chances for your business I was wrongly accused by USCIS to have committed marriage fraud on my previous marriage in the past, which was the reason why they issued a NOID on my I-129F application. My Fiancée and I filed the I-129F by ourselves, we were very naive to think it would be an easy and smooth process. When we got an RFE, we hired a lawyer to prepare the response and she didn’t spend time understanding my history. And neither did she warn us about the significance of the situation. When we received the NOID, that’s when we were jolted into reality, suddenly realizing the grave consequences on our future, we decided to search for the best legal representative we can get. We decided to contact Dyan after reading so many amazing reviews. After our first meeting with her, we decided to hire her right away based on the following 1. She immediately picks up all the critical details 2. She asked all the right questions that drew out the critical arguments of the case, I could already see a strong defense formulating during our call 3. She really cares about if you are innocent 4. She is confident and that coming from an experienced attorney was like a force pulling together our world again after the NOID shattered it Due to Covid we had 3 months to respond and Dyan filed a strong response which led to an approval. During the wait I wanted to travel to the States to see my Fiancée and Dyan diligently advised me the risk of being denied entry and if not for her I wouldn’t have prepared ahead. It turned out I did run into secondary inspection entering the States on a tourist visa and thanks to Dyan I had ample documents to convince the immigration. When it was interview time (after the NOID was finally approved), Dyan gave us another consultation, prepared us for the interview and reminded us don’t go underprepared. Neither of us expected it to be difficult given that we have already successfully overcame the NOID. Yet after the interview, my visa application was denied due to a misunderstanding. Worst yet, the consular gave me a 6ci denial which would lead to a life time ban to the States. Dyan promptly responded to our frantic and desperate call for help. She was able to calm us down and advised the right course of action within a day. After careful review of our options we went with what Dyan recommended, a motion to reconsider. Looking back Dyan was able to make the right call because she understands the critical arguments of our case, She is confident in her legal arguments, She understands how the entire system functions and she had a back up plan, even if the motion to reconsider failed. One week after the embassy received the motion, they rescinded it the denial and approved my visa. Throughout the entire journey, Dyan treated us with respect, gave us the best advice, made all the right decisions and most importantly she delivered for us. She is an experienced and extremely competent lawyer, who will tell it like it is and will not mince words or peddle false hopes just because she’s in the business. She cares about the truth and making the right arguments for your best interest. We’ve gotten advices from other expensive lawyers that would have definitely ended badly. Dyan advice the right thing even if it was the hard thing. If you are reading this, consider yourself lucky, in an unlucky situation, to have found Dyan. It was one of the best decisions that we’ve made and now we can say it was all a small set back.
